<h1 class="help-article-h1">Receipt settings</h1>
<p class="help-article-p">Every time you receive a payment, LoanAdmin generates a receipt you can share or print. Here&#39;s what it shows, how to choose the details, and where your business name, logo and language come from.</p>
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Where to set it up</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">Open the menu (☰) › <strong>Settings</strong> › <strong>Receipt design</strong>. The screen has two tabs:</p>
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li><strong>Fields:</strong> the details that appear on the receipt.</li><li><strong>Style:</strong> presentation options, such as <strong>Show Logo</strong>.</li></ul>
<p class="help-article-p">When you&#39;re done, tap <strong>Save Changes</strong>. To go back to the original setup, tap the ↺ icon (<strong>Reset to Default</strong>) at the top of the screen.</p>
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Choosing the fields</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">Under <strong>Fields</strong>, turn each detail on or off with its switch. The main fields of the payment receipt are:</p>
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li><strong>Business Name</strong> and <strong>Business Phone</strong>.</li><li><strong>Customer Name</strong>.</li><li><strong>Confirmation #:</strong> always included; it can&#39;t be turned off.</li><li><strong>Date</strong> of the payment.</li><li><strong>Installment:</strong> the installment number, for example &quot;10 of 24&quot;.</li><li><strong>Amount Paid:</strong> always included; it can&#39;t be turned off.</li><li><strong>Amount Remaining:</strong> the principal still to be paid.</li><li><strong>Total Balance Remaining:</strong> off by default; turn it on if you want to show the balance including interest.</li></ul>
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Installment number</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">The <strong>Installment</strong> field has an extra option, <strong>Show total (e.g. 10 of 24)</strong>. If you turn it off, the receipt shows only the installment number, without the total.</p>
<p class="help-article-p">The number only advances with payments that cover a full installment. Interest-only, late fee or other-amount payments repeat the number of the last covered installment and carry an asterisk (*). <h2 class="help-article-h2">Your business name, phone and logo</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">The receipt takes these details from your profile. To change them, open the menu (☰) › <strong>Settings</strong> › <strong>User profile</strong> › <strong>Profile information</strong> and fill in <strong>Company name</strong>, <strong>Company phone</strong> and the company logo.</p>
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>If you don&#39;t fill in the company name, the receipt shows the LoanAdmin name instead.</li><li>The logo appears on the receipt only if <strong>Show Logo</strong> is on in the <strong>Style</strong> tab and you&#39;ve already uploaded a logo to your profile.</li></ul>
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Receipt language</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">The receipt text uses the language set on your phone. If your phone is in a language LoanAdmin doesn&#39;t offer, the receipt comes out in English. The available languages are Spanish, English, Portuguese, French and Hindi.</p>

<p class="help-article-p">Cada vez que recibes un pago, LoanAdmin genera un recibo que puedes compartir o imprimir. Aquí te explicamos qué datos muestra, cómo elegirlos y de dónde salen el nombre de tu negocio, el logo y el idioma.</p>
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Dónde se configura</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">Abre el menú (☰) › <strong>Ajustes</strong> › <strong>Diseño de recibos</strong>. La pantalla tiene dos pestañas:</p>
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li><strong>Campos:</strong> los datos que aparecen en el recibo.</li><li><strong>Estilo:</strong> opciones de presentación, como <strong>Mostrar Logo</strong>.</li></ul>
<p class="help-article-p">Cuando termines, toca <strong>Guardar Cambios</strong>. Si quieres volver a la configuración original, toca el ícono ↺ (<strong>Restablecer</strong>) en la parte superior de la pantalla.</p>
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Elegir los campos</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">En <strong>Campos</strong>, activa o desactiva cada dato con su interruptor. Los campos principales del recibo de pago son:</p>

<h2 class="help-article-h2">Número de cuota</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">El campo <strong>Cuota</strong> tiene una opción adicional, <strong>Mostrar total (ej. 10 de 24)</strong>. Si la apagas, el recibo muestra solo el número de cuota, sin el total.</p>
<p class="help-article-p">El número avanza solo con los pagos que cubren una cuota completa. Los pagos de solo interés, de mora o de otro monto repiten el número de la última cuota cubierta y llevan un asterisco (*). <h2 class="help-article-h2">Nombre, teléfono y logo de tu negocio</h2>
<p class="help-article-p">El recibo toma estos datos de tu perfil. Para cambiarlos, abre el menú (☰) › <strong>Ajustes</strong> › <strong>Perfil de usuario</strong> › <strong>Información del perfil</strong> y completa <strong>Nombre de la empresa</strong>, <strong>Teléfono de la empresa</strong> y el logo de la empresa.</p>

<p class="help-article-p">Le champ <strong>Installment</strong> a une option supplémentaire, <strong>Afficher le total (ex. 10 sur 24)</strong>. Si vous la désactivez, le reçu n&#39;affiche que le numéro d&#39;échéance, sans le total.</p>
