Loans
Do late fees comply with the law?
LoanAdmin is used globally. Caps, grace periods, and permitted fees vary by jurisdiction — please check your local laws before charging mora.
Account
How long is the free trial?
Both the web and mobile trials are 60 days — full access to premium features. Limits apply: up to 10 clients and 10 loans during the trial.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is stored on Google Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit, and automatically backed up.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Subscription and choose Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period.
Can I share my account with a partner?
Multi-user access is on the roadmap. For now, each lender manages their own workspace.
Troubleshooting
Can I work offline?
The mobile app supports limited offline use. Changes sync when you reconnect.
