<h1 class="help-article-h1">Payment history</h1>
Every loan keeps a list of all the payments you recorded on it. From there you can check how each payment was split, send a receipt again, or delete a payment you recorded by mistake.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Open the history</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>Open the loan and tap its card to see the Options.</li><li>Tap View Payment History.</li></ol>
At the top you&#39;ll see the customer&#39;s name and, below it, the payments from newest to oldest. If the loan has no payments yet, you&#39;ll see No payments found.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">What each payment shows</h2>
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>The payment date and its type (for example, installment or interest only).</li><li>The amount Paid.</li><li>Interest: the part of the payment that covered interest.</li><li>Principal: the part that reduced principal.</li><li>Balance: the principal left after that payment.</li></ul>
At the end of the list, TOTALS adds up the total paid, the interest and the principal of all payments, and shows the loan&#39;s current balance. If you edited the loan, the list also shows Edited cards with what changed.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Resend or print a receipt</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>On the payment you want, tap the printer icon.</li><li>Share Receipt opens: choose WhatsApp, Share or Print, or Skip to close.</li></ol>
The receipt carries the installment number that belongs to that payment. More details in <a href="/help/articles/receipts" class="help-article-link">Sending receipts</a>.
To print the whole history, tap the printer icon at the top. If you have a Bluetooth printer connected, you choose between Thermal Printer and PDF Document; otherwise the PDF is generated directly.

<h2 class="help-article-h2">Delete a payment</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>Swipe the payment to the left.</li><li>Check the amount and type in Delete Payment and tap Delete.</li></ol>
Deleting it reverses everything that payment changed on the loan, and you&#39;ll see Payment deleted successfully. If the payment is from a previous day, we warn you before you confirm. It can&#39;t be undone: if you made a mistake, record the payment again.

<h2 class="help-article-h2">On the web</h2>
On loanadmin.app, open View payment history from the loan&#39;s card in Loans or from the loan detail page. Each payment shows Paid, Interest, Principal and Balance, with Totals at the end.

<h1 class="help-article-h1">Historial de pagos</h1>
Cada préstamo guarda la lista de todos los pagos que le registraste. Desde ahí puedes revisar cómo se repartió cada pago, volver a enviar un recibo o eliminar un pago que registraste por error.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Abrir el historial</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>Abre el préstamo y toca su tarjeta para ver las Opciones.</li><li>Toca Ver Historial de Pagos.</li></ol>
Arriba verás el nombre del cliente y, debajo, los pagos del más reciente al más antiguo. Si el préstamo aún no tiene pagos, verás No se encontraron pagos.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Qué muestra cada pago</h2>
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>La fecha del pago y su tipo (por ejemplo, cuota o solo interés).</li><li>El monto Pagado.</li><li>Interés: la parte del pago que cubrió interés.</li><li>Principal: la parte que bajó el capital.</li><li>Saldo: el capital que quedó después de ese pago.</li></ul>
Al final de la lista, TOTALES suma el total pagado, el interés y el capital de todos los pagos, y muestra el saldo actual del préstamo. Si editaste el préstamo, en la lista también aparecen tarjetas Editado con lo que cambió.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Reenviar o imprimir un recibo</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>En el pago que quieras, toca el ícono de impresora.</li><li>Se abre Compartir Recibo: elige WhatsApp, Compartir o Imprimir, u Omitir para cerrar.</li></ol>
El recibo sale con el número de cuota que le corresponde a ese pago. Más detalles en <a href="/help/articles/receipts" class="help-article-link">Enviar recibos</a>.
Para imprimir todo el historial, toca el ícono de impresora de arriba. Si tienes una impresora Bluetooth conectada, eliges entre Impresora Termica y Documento PDF; si no, se genera el PDF directamente.

<h2 class="help-article-h2">Eliminar un pago</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>Desliza el pago hacia la izquierda.</li><li>Revisa el monto y el tipo en Eliminar Pago y toca Eliminar.</li></ol>
Al eliminarlo se revierte todo lo que ese pago movió en el préstamo y verás Pago eliminado exitosamente. Si el pago es de un día anterior, te avisamos antes de confirmar. No se puede deshacer: si te equivocaste, vuelve a registrar el pago.

En loanadmin.app, abre Ver historial de pagos desde la tarjeta del préstamo en Préstamos o desde el detalle del préstamo. Cada pago muestra Pagado, Interés, Principal y Balance, con Totales al final.

<h1 class="help-article-h1">Historique des paiements</h1>
Chaque prêt conserve la liste de tous les paiements que vous y avez enregistrés. De là, vous pouvez vérifier comment chaque paiement a été réparti, renvoyer un reçu ou supprimer un paiement enregistré par erreur.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Ouvrir l&#39;historique</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>Ouvrez le prêt et touchez sa carte pour afficher les Options.</li><li>Touchez Voir l&#39;historique des paiements.</li></ol>
En haut, vous verrez le nom du client et, en dessous, les paiements du plus récent au plus ancien. Si le prêt n&#39;a encore aucun paiement, vous verrez Aucun paiement trouvé.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Ce qu&#39;affiche chaque paiement</h2>
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>La date du paiement et son type (par exemple, échéance ou intérêts seulement).</li><li>Le montant Payé.</li><li>Intérêt : la part du paiement qui a couvert les intérêts.</li><li>Principal : la part qui a réduit le capital.</li><li>Solde : le capital restant après ce paiement.</li></ul>
À la fin de la liste, TOTAUX additionne le total payé, les intérêts et le capital de tous les paiements, et affiche le solde actuel du prêt. Si vous avez modifié le prêt, des cartes Modifié apparaissent aussi dans la liste avec ce qui a changé.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Renvoyer ou imprimer un reçu</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>Sur le paiement de votre choix, touchez l&#39;icône d&#39;imprimante.</li><li>Partager le Reçu s&#39;ouvre : choisissez WhatsApp, Partager ou Imprimer, ou Ignorer pour fermer.</li></ol>
Le reçu porte le numéro d&#39;échéance qui correspond à ce paiement. Plus de détails dans <a href="/help/articles/receipts" class="help-article-link">Envoyer des reçus</a>.
Pour imprimer tout l&#39;historique, touchez l&#39;icône d&#39;imprimante en haut. Si une imprimante Bluetooth est connectée, vous choisissez entre Imprimante Thermique et Document PDF ; sinon, le PDF est généré directement.

<h2 class="help-article-h2">Supprimer un paiement</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>Faites glisser le paiement vers la gauche.</li><li>Vérifiez le montant et le type dans Supprimer le paiement et touchez Supprimer.</li></ol>
En le supprimant, tout ce que ce paiement avait modifié sur le prêt est annulé et vous verrez Paiement supprimé avec succès. Si le paiement date d&#39;un jour précédent, nous vous prévenons avant de confirmer. C&#39;est irréversible : si vous vous êtes trompé, enregistrez de nouveau le paiement.

Cada empréstimo guarda a lista de todos os pagamentos que você registrou nele. Ali você pode revisar como cada pagamento foi dividido, reenviar um recibo ou excluir um pagamento que registrou por engano.

No topo você verá o nome do cliente e, abaixo, os pagamentos do mais recente ao mais antigo. Se o empréstimo ainda não tiver pagamentos, você verá Nenhum pagamento encontrado.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">O que cada pagamento mostra</h2>
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>A data do pagamento e o tipo (por exemplo, parcela ou só juros).</li><li>O valor Pago.</li><li>Juros: a parte do pagamento que cobriu juros.</li><li>Principal: a parte que reduziu o capital.</li><li>Saldo: o capital que restou depois desse pagamento.</li></ul>
No final da lista, TOTAIS soma o total pago, os juros e o capital de todos os pagamentos, e mostra o saldo atual do empréstimo. Se você editou o empréstimo, na lista também aparecem cartões Editado com o que mudou.

<h2 class="help-article-h2">Excluir um pagamento</h2>
<ol class="help-article-ol"><li>Deslize o pagamento para a esquerda.</li><li>Revise o valor e o tipo em Excluir Pagamento e toque em Excluir.</li></ol>
Ao excluí-lo, tudo o que esse pagamento movimentou no empréstimo é revertido e você verá Pagamento excluído com sucesso. Se o pagamento for de um dia anterior, avisamos antes de confirmar. Não pode ser desfeito: se você errou, registre o pagamento de novo.

How to delete your account and your data

LoanAdmin keeps the record of your loans and payments. It doesn't move money, process your customers' payments or connect to M-Pesa, banks or wallets.
