Loan detail
Tapping a customer from the Loans tab opens the loan detail screen. At the top you see the customer's name, avatar, phone, email and a + New Loan button. Below that is a scrollable list of cards — one per loan that customer has with you.
Unlike many apps, there are no tabs here. Everything about a loan — balance, schedule, payments, mora, documents — is reached from its card.
What each loan card shows
- Start date (top-left) and current balance (top-right, green). If the loan is fully paid, the balance is replaced by a green "PAID" badge.
- Amortized blue pill, only if the loan is amortized.
- Amount borrowed and the installment amount per period.
- Frequency (Daily / Weekly / Biweekly / Monthly) and the number of quotas.
- Last payment — date, amount, and type. If no payment has been recorded yet, it says "No payment".
- Mora (late fee) section — only shown if late fees are enabled for that loan and the balance is still pending. It shows the rate, grace days, accumulated mora, and how many installments are overdue. A red warning icon appears when there's mora owed; an orange "%" icon when it's just configured but nothing is due yet.
Actions on a loan card
Tapping a card opens a menu (action sheet on iOS, bottom sheet on Android). The options vary depending on the state of the loan and your subscription:
- Get payment — only if the loan still has a pending balance. Opens the collect-payment flow (see Receiving a payment). After saving, you're offered to share or print the receipt.
- Edit loan — reopens the creation form with the current values. The loan type is locked; everything else can be changed. Pro subscription required.
- View payment history — opens the full history for this loan, with every payment recorded.
- Comments — a simple note field stored with the loan. Useful for reminders like "collateral held: vehicle title".
- Documents — attach or view documents for this loan (contract, ID, etc.). Feature-flagged and requires a paid plan. When it's not available you won't see this option at all.
- Print / View — generates a full PDF report with amortization schedule and payment history, and opens it for printing or sharing.
- Reprint receipt — prints the original creation summary again (thermal printer if connected, otherwise shares a PDF).
- Delete loan — permanent. If the loan has payments recorded, you'll get a strong confirmation. This removes the loan and all its payments.
What the detail screen does NOT have
To avoid confusion, here's what you won't find here:
- No in-card amortization table — use Print / View to see the full schedule.
- No in-card payment list — use View payment history.
- No timeline, notes other than the single Comments field, or tabs.
- No restructure/refinance button. To change the terms of an active loan today, collect a final payment and create a new loan.
