Settings

In version 4.10 the phone app has one menu with three destinations: Reports, Functions and Settings. Settings only holds configuration; things you do — reports, Capital, backups — live in the other two. This page shows what lives where.

The menu (phone)

On the Dashboard, tap the menu button (☰) at the top-right. You'll see:

  • Your name and email — tap to open your account. Next to it, your plan chip: tap it to see or change your plan.
  • Switch company — only if you belong to a team. See Team.
  • Reports — every report. See Reports.
  • Functions — Capital (Professional and Business), Team (Business), Backup & export, Lost Loans and Payment Calendar.
  • Settings — opens the Settings panel with everything below.
  • Help & Support — at the bottom, next to your app version.

Tapping your photo at the top-left of the Dashboard opens your profile to change the photo.

Inside Settings (phone)

At the top: your name, plan, how many active loans and clients you have, the year you became a Member, and an Edit profile button. Then four groups:

Account

  • User profile — Profile information, with your personal and company details (Your profile), and Security and account access.
  • Security — goes straight to Security and account access: Reset password (if you sign in with email and password), Login settings (ask for sign-in when the app opens, PIN, and fingerprint or face unlock) and Device Management. See PIN, fingerprint or Face ID and automatic lock and Devices and device limits.
  • Dark Mode — a switch for the app's theme.

Preferences

  • Currency & format — default currency and number separators.
  • Language — English, Español, Português, Français or हिंदी.
  • Notifications — reminders, alerts and emails.
  • WhatsApp Reminders — opens the reminders queue in Payments. See WhatsApp reminders.
  • Work calendar — working days, holidays and what happens to due dates that fall on a day off.
  • Dashboard widgets — choose which cards the Dashboard shows.

Loans & Collections

  • Loan configuration — which loan types appear when you create a loan, how the interest rate is read (monthly or per period), installment rounding and late-fee defaults.
  • Receipt design — which details each payment receipt includes and how it looks. See Receipt settings.
  • Report templates — which details the loan summary PDF includes (on the Fields tab) and whether it shows your logo (Show Logo, on the Style tab). It doesn't change the reports in the Reports menu. The screen also lets you reorder fields and set Bar Color and Font Size, but the summary doesn't use those yet. See The loan PDF report.
  • Bluetooth Printer — pair a thermal printer. See Bluetooth printer setup.

Subscription & Support

  • Subscription — your plan, renewal and upgrade. See Subscription and billing.
  • Help center — these articles, plus Tickets at the top to write to our team.
  • About — version, what's new, website, privacy policy and terms.

At the bottom: Logout, and the app version.

Team members: while you're working inside a company, Settings shows only your personal options (profile, security, theme, language, Help center and About). The rest belongs to the owner's account.

On a tablet

Tap your photo on the Dashboard to open Profile. It's organised in sections: Account, Preferences (preferences and Work calendar), Tools (Reports, Backup, Printer settings, Replay Tutorial) and Subscription, plus Support and Logout. The app version is shown at the bottom.

On the web app (Business plan)

Click Settings in the sidebar. The groups are Account (Profile information, Security, Appearance), Preferences (Currency Settings, Language Settings, Report templates, Dashboard widgets and Work Calendar), Loans & Collections (loan settings, late fees & surcharges, receipt design) and Subscription & Support (subscription, Help center, About). Capital, Backup & export, Lost loans and Team have their own entries in the sidebar.

Deleting your account

Open Settings → User profile → Profile information and tap Delete Account at the bottom. The app asks you to confirm; deletion is permanent and removes your customers, loans, payments and photos. Deleting the account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — cancel it there first.
