Reports
LoanAdmin's reports turn your loans and payments into a document you can read on screen, share as a PDF or print. This page lists every report in version 4.10, where to find it and which plan opens it.
Where to find them
- Phone: on the Dashboard, tap the menu button (☰) at the top-right, then Reports.
- Tablet: tap your photo on the Dashboard to open Profile, then Reports under Tools.
- Web app (Business plan): click Reports in the sidebar.
Reports are built from the data on our servers, so you need an internet connection to generate them.
Team members: while you're working inside a company (as an agent, collector or viewer), Reports isn't shown in the menu. Reports always describe the owner's whole portfolio.
Reports in the mobile app
The app has eight reports, grouped by how often you'll use them.
Daily operations
- End of day — cash collected and lent in the dates you pick. Guide: End of day report.
- Payment list — every payment received in a date range. Guide: Payment list report.
- Expected Payments — upcoming installments and their amounts. Guide: Expected payments report.
Portfolio
- Customer list — every customer with an active loan, with their totals. Guide: Customer list report.
- Loan Performance — loans issued, payments received, interest earned and capital recovered in a date range. Guide: Loan performance report.
- Balance Report — amount lent, amount collected and recovery rate.
Collections
- Late Fee Report — overdue installments and their charges. See Late fees.
- Lost Loans — amounts written off as lost.
Which plan opens which report
- 60-day trial and every paid plan (Essential, Professional and Business): all eight reports.
- Legacy Loyalty plan without a subscription: End of day, Payment list, Expected Payments and Customer list.
- No active plan or trial: End of day and Payment list.
A report your plan doesn't include shows a padlock and an Essential label. Tapping it explains that the report needs a plan and offers the upgrade screen. Plans are explained in Plans and trial.
How a report opens
- End of day, Payment list, Expected Payments, Loan Performance and Lost Loans first ask for a From and a To date. Pick both and tap CONTINUE.
- Customer list and Balance Report open directly.
- Late Fee Report opens on its own screen.
When there's more than one currency, End of day, Payment list, Expected Payments and Customer list show currency chips at the top so you can look at one currency at a time. LoanAdmin never converts amounts between currencies.
End of day, Payment list, Expected Payments, Customer list and Loan Performance have two buttons under the report:
- Share — creates a PDF and opens your phone's share menu (WhatsApp, email, Files, Drive…).
- Print — opens the print preview. It also works with a paired Bluetooth printer: Bluetooth printer setup.
Reports in the web app
The web app is part of the Business plan (and of the 60-day trial). Its Reports page has more reports than the mobile app:
- End of Day, Expected Payments, Payment List and Overdue Loans
- Loan Portfolio, Loan Performance, Balance Report, Credit Risk and Loan movements
- Customer List and Registration Funnel
The date-range button at the top of the Reports page sets the dates for every report that needs them; if you don't change it, the reports use today. Most web reports can be exported to CSV or TXT, printed or shared. Loan movements also exports to Excel — see Export to Excel.
Loan Portfolio and Credit Risk are explained step by step in Web reports: Loan Portfolio and Credit Risk.
The PDF of a single loan
The report for one loan (the Loan Report, with its payment history, and the summary you hand to the customer) isn't in the Reports menu: you get it from the loan itself. Guide: The loan PDF report.
Capital is not a report
To see the cash you have on hand, the money you've put into the business and the money that's out on loan, use Capital (Professional and Business plans): on the phone, ☰ → Functions → Capital. Guide: Capital.

Something not adding up? Open a ticket from Help & Support in the app menu. Tell us which report you opened, the dates you picked and the number you expected to see. The phone app can't attach images; if you want to send us a screenshot of the report, open the ticket from the web. See Contact support (tickets).
