Customer list report

The Customer list report puts every customer who has at least one active loan on a single document, with how much you've lent them, what they still owe and how much they've paid. Customers with no active loan aren't included.

Who can open it

Included in the 60-day trial and in every paid plan (Essential, Professional and Business). It's also available on the legacy Loyalty plan. See Reports for the full list.

Where to find it

  • Phone: Dashboard → menu button (☰) at the top-right → Reports → Customer list (under Portfolio).
  • Tablet: tap your photo on the Dashboard → Profile → Reports → Customer list.
  • Web app (Business plan): Reports in the sidebar → Customer List card.

It opens directly — no dates to pick — because it shows the portfolio as it is right now. You need an internet connection.

What the report shows

Customers appear in alphabetical order. On mobile, each customer gets a card with:

  • # of Loans — all their loans, active and finished.
  • Total of Loans — everything you've lent them over time.
  • Current Loan — what they still owe on their active loans.
  • # of Payments — how many payments they've made.
  • Amount Paid — the total they've paid.

The customer's currency appears next to their name. When a customer has loans in more than one currency, you'll see all of them.

More than one currency

If your customers have loans in different currencies, currency chips appear at the top. All Currencies shows everyone; tap a currency to see only the customers who owe in it. Amounts are never converted between currencies.

Sharing, printing and exporting

  • Mobile: Share (PDF to WhatsApp, email, Files, Drive…) and Print (print preview, also with a paired Bluetooth printer).
  • Web: Export CSV, Export TXT, Share and Print. To export one customer's full file to Excel, open the customer on the web — see Export to Excel.

Tips

  • Run it at month-end and keep the PDF: comparing Current Loan month to month shows whether your portfolio is growing or shrinking.
  • To see who is late, use the Expected payments report or, on the web, Overdue Loans.
