Using LoanAdmin on the web

With the Business plan you can also manage your portfolio from your computer at loanadmin.app, with the same account and the same data as on your phone. The web is also where you manage your Team.

Which plan includes it

The web dashboard is part of the Business plan and the 60-day trial. The Essential and Professional plans are purchased in the app; on the web you can only subscribe to Business.

If your trial or subscription has ended, you can still sign in to see your data in View-only mode and ask for a copy with Request my data, but you can't add or edit. See Requesting a copy of your data.

How to sign in

  1. On your computer, open loanadmin.app.
  2. Sign in with the same method you use on your phone: email and password, Google or Apple.
  3. If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password?.

To sign in with Google or Apple, allow pop-up windows in your browser. On phone-sized screens, the website asks you to use the app.

What's in the dashboard

The side menu has these sections:

  • OPERATION: Dashboard (your indicators and charts), Loans, Payments (collections and WhatsApp reminders that you send) and Customers.
  • ANALYTICS: Reports and Calendar (your Work Calendar).
  • FEATURES: Capital, Backup & export and Lost loans (opens the loan list with the Lost filter).
  • ACCOUNT: Team, Settings and Help.

There's a search box at the top of the menu that finds menu sections (it doesn't search clients or loans); you can also open it with Ctrl + K (or Cmd + K on Mac).

Reports on the web

  • For daily operations: End of Day, Expected Payments, Payment List and Overdue Loans.
  • For portfolio analysis: Loan Portfolio, Loan Performance, Balance Report, Credit Risk and Loan movements.
  • For clients: Customer List and Registration Funnel.

Most can be exported as CSV or TXT and printed. See Late fee and balance reports.

Excel and exports

  • Export to Excel in a client's detail: downloads an .xlsx file with the client, their loans and their payments.
  • Loan movements can also be exported to Excel.
  • In the Customers list, select clients and click Export CSV.

Importing clients or loans from Excel isn't possible.

Team

Team management only exists on the web and requires the paid Business plan; it isn't included in the 60-day trial. In Team, you and your admins can:

  • Invite user: we send an email with a single-use link to join.
  • Assign a role: Admin (everything except billing), Agent (their assigned clients), Collector (records collections on the route) or Viewer (read-only). You are the account owner; that role can't be assigned.
  • Use the Members, Activity (who did what and when), Map & route and Trash (restore clients, loans and removed members) tabs. See Editing or deleting clients and loans, and the trash.

Invited members work the team's clients, loans and collections from the app. On the web they only see Team, Capital, help and their own account settings.

What's different from the phone

Only in the app:

  • Bluetooth printer (on the web you print from the browser).
  • PIN, fingerprint and Face ID. See PIN, fingerprint or Face ID and automatic lock.
  • Notifications and their inbox.
  • The collector's location when recording a payment (the web only shows the map).
  • Picking clients from your phone contacts.
  • The Payment Calendar, the Lost Loans summary (the web only has the list) and the Late Fee Report.

Only on the web:

  • Managing the Team.
  • Excel export and reports with CSV and TXT.
