The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It summarizes your current month's activity and gives you shortcuts into the rest of the app.

What you'll see, top to bottom

Top bar. Your avatar (or company logo) opens Settings. The bell icon only appears when you have unread notifications and opens the notifications inbox. The + Add Loan button goes straight to the loan creation screen.

Greeting. A "Hello, {your first name}" with a short welcome message. No data here — it's orientation.

Earnings this month. The interest you received in the current calendar month, in your primary currency. This is a real number read from your account's dashboard stats, updated whenever you record a payment.

Period & currency filters. Quick chips like 1W, 5W, YTD that change the window used by the chart and the gauges below. If you have loans in more than one currency, you'll also see a currency chip to switch which one you're viewing.

Loans chart. A line chart of new loans and payments received over the selected period.

Gauges. Two side-by-side meters:

  • New Loans vs. Interest Received — how much capital you put out vs. how much interest came back.
  • Payments vs. Active Balance — how much you have collected vs. what's still outstanding.

Active Loans card. Count of loans currently active and how many distinct customers those belong to. Tap it to jump to the loan list filtered to Active.

Recent Loans. The last few loans you created, with the customer's name, amount and rate. Tap a row to open that loan. If you haven't created any loans yet, this section shows an empty state.

Trial or subscription banner. If you're on the web trial, a small banner tracks your remaining days and links to the upgrade screen. On a paid web plan you'll see a "Manage subscription" link instead. On the mobile 60-day trial you'll also see this banner with your remaining days.

Bottom navigation

The tabs at the bottom of the app are always:

  • Home — this dashboard.
  • Loans — list of your customers grouped by active/paid loans.
  • Payments — upcoming and overdue payments across all customers.
  • Clients — your customer directory.

On tablets and the web, a fifth tab appears:

  • Settings — account, preferences, reports, backup, printer, subscription, support.

On phones, Settings lives behind your avatar in the top-left instead.

Things the Dashboard does not do

The Dashboard is a read-only summary. You cannot edit KPIs, change widget order, or build custom reports from it. If you need a full report (by date range, customer, performance), open Settings → Reports.
