Payment list report
The Payment list report shows every payment you received in a date range, with how much of each one went to capital and how much was interest. Use it to check a day's collections, close a month or hand numbers to your accountant.
It's available to everyone who uses LoanAdmin, whatever the plan.
Where to find it
- Phone: Dashboard → menu button (☰) at the top-right → Reports → Payment list (under Daily operations).
- Tablet: tap your photo on the Dashboard → Profile → Reports → Payment list.
- Web app (Business plan): Reports in the sidebar → Payment List card.
Choosing the dates
On mobile, pick a From and a To date and tap CONTINUE. On the web, use the date-range button at the top of the Reports page (today if you don't change it).
A payment is included when its transaction date falls inside the range. You need an internet connection to generate the report.
What the report shows
Summary
- # of Payments — how many payments were received in the range.
- Total of Payments — the total collected: capital plus interest.
- Total of Earnings — only the interest part.
Detail
One row per payment, with the customer's name and:
- Date — when the payment was recorded.
- Principal — the part that reduced the loan balance.
- Interest — the interest part.
- Total — what the customer paid.
More than one currency
If the range has payments in more than one currency, currency chips appear at the top. All Currencies shows one summary per currency; tap a currency to see only its payments. Amounts are never converted between currencies.
Sharing, printing and exporting
- Mobile: Share creates a PDF and opens your phone's share menu (WhatsApp, email, Files, Drive…). Print opens the print preview, also with a paired Bluetooth printer.
- Web: Export CSV, Export TXT, Share and Print.
Tips
- For a daily close, the End of day report puts the day's loans and payments on one page.
- To review one customer's or one loan's payments, open the loan and check its payment history: Payment history.
- For tax season, run the full year on the web and use Export CSV — most accountants prefer a spreadsheet.
