<h1 class="help-article-h1">Late fee and balance reports</h1>
Two reports help you see the health of your portfolio: the Late Fee Report, with the loans that have late charges, and the Balance Report, with how much you lent, how much you collected and how much is still to be collected.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Which plan includes them</h2>
In the app, the Late Fee and Balance reports are included in the Essential, Professional and Business plans, and during the 60-day trial. If your plan doesn&#39;t include them, opening them shows Essential Report with an Upgrade to Essential button.

The Balance Report is in the Portfolio group and the Late Fee Report in the Collections group.
<h2 class="help-article-h2">Late Fee Report</h2>
It only shows loans with accumulated late fees, sorted from highest to lowest.
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>Summary: Loans with late fees (how many) and Total late fees, one line per currency.</li><li>Per loan: the client, the days overdue and how many installments are overdue, the Balance and the Late fee amount.</li><li>If no loan has late fees, you&#39;ll see No loans with active late fees.</li></ul>

<h2 class="help-article-h2">Balance Report</h2>
At the top it shows Payments window: last 30 days, with the dates. It shows:
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>Active loans.</li><li>Pending balance: what you still have to collect.</li><li>Total lent.</li><li>Paid (30d): what you collected in the last 30 days.</li><li>Capital recovered.</li><li>Recovery %.</li><li>Profit (30d).</li></ul>
Below, you&#39;ll see the same figures in a table by Currency. This report has no filters or export in the app.

On loanadmin.app, under Reports (Business plan):
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>Overdue Loans: this is not the same report as the app&#39;s Late Fee Report. It lists loans with overdue installments, with Days Late and an Aging Summary by bracket (1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and over 90 days). It has a currency filter and buttons to Export CSV, Export TXT, Share and Print.</li><li>Balance Report: the same figures as in the app, with a Breakdown by currency. You can share it, print it or download it as CSV.</li></ul>

En la app, los reportes de Mora y de Balance están en los planes Essential, Professional y Business, y durante la prueba de 60 días. Si tu plan no los incluye, al abrirlos verás Reporte Essential con el botón Actualizar a Essential.

Muestra solo los préstamos que tienen mora acumulada, ordenados de mayor a menor mora.

Deux rapports vous aident à voir la santé de votre portefeuille : le Rapport de pénalités, avec les prêts qui ont des pénalités de retard, et le Rapport de Solde, avec ce que vous avez prêté, encaissé et ce qu&#39;il reste à encaisser.

Il n&#39;affiche que les prêts ayant des pénalités accumulées, triés du plus élevé au plus faible.
<ul class="help-article-ul"><li>Résumé : Prêts avec pénalités (combien) et Total des pénalités, une ligne par devise.</li><li>Par prêt : le client, les jours de retard et le nombre d&#39;échéances en retard, le Solde et le montant de la Pénalité de retard.</li><li>Si aucun prêt n&#39;a de pénalités, vous verrez Aucun prêt avec pénalités actives.</li></ul>

<h2 class="help-article-h2">Rapport de Solde</h2>
En haut, il indique Fenêtre de paiements : 30 derniers jours, avec les dates. Il affiche :

En dessous, les mêmes chiffres apparaissent dans un tableau par Devise. Ce rapport n&#39;a ni filtre ni export dans l&#39;application.

Sur loanadmin.app, dans Rapports (forfait Business) :
