Login issues
Can't get into LoanAdmin? Find the message you're seeing, or the situation you're in, below.
First, check how you created your account
You can sign in with an email and password, with Sign in with Google or with Sign in with Apple. Use the same method you used when you created the account. If you registered with Google, for example, typing that Gmail address with a password won't work — tap Sign in with Google instead.
"This email does not exist, or the password is incorrect"
- Check the email for typos and extra spaces.
- If you don't remember the password, tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Reset password. We'll email you a link to create a new one. If it doesn't arrive in a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
"Too many failed attempts" or "Too many login attempts"
After 5 wrong passwords in a row the app pauses sign-in with that email for 15 minutes on that device. Wait, then try again — or use Forgot Password? to set a new password.
"This account has been disabled"
Your account was disabled. Write to us (see the end of this page) from the email you registered with.
"Device Limit Reached"
Your plan's devices are already in use. Tick a device you no longer use and tap Deactivate selected to continue, or upgrade your plan. Details: Devices and device limits.
"Session Closed"
Your session was closed from another device — someone signed in to your account elsewhere and deactivated this one. Sign in again; if you didn't expect it, change your password.
The app asks for a PIN or Face ID
That's Login settings (Settings → User profile → Security and account access). If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times, the app signs you out: sign in again with your email and password (or Google or Apple) and set the PIN again if you want it.
Verifying your email
If you registered with email and password, we send you a verification email. An unverified email doesn't block you from using the app, but you may see a reminder banner. To get the email again: Settings → User profile → Resend Verification Email. Check your spam folder.
Team members
If you were invited to work in someone else's company:
- "This invitation is for a different email" — the invitation was sent to another email address. Tap Sign out and switch account, then sign in (or create your account) with the invited email. LoanAdmin keeps the invitation for you.
- "This invitation expired" — invitations last 7 days. Ask the person who invited you for a new one.
- "This invitation was already used" — if it was you, you're already on the team.
- "This team is not available" — the company's owner no longer has the Business plan, which Team requires.
- You see your own (empty) account instead of the company, or the other way round — open the menu (☰) and tap Switch company to choose between Your account and the companies you belong to.
More in Team.
