Expected payments report

The Expected Payments report looks ahead: it lists the installments that should come in between two dates, so you can plan your collection route, your calls and your cash.

Who can open it

Included in the 60-day trial and in every paid plan (Essential, Professional and Business). It's also available on the legacy Loyalty plan.

Where to find it

  • Phone: Dashboard → menu button (☰) at the top-right → Reports → Expected Payments (under Daily operations).
  • Tablet: tap your photo on the Dashboard → Profile → Reports → Expected Payments.
  • Web app (Business plan): Reports in the sidebar → Expected Payments card.

Choosing the dates

On mobile, pick a From and a To date and tap CONTINUE — for example, today to the end of the week. On the web, use the date-range button at the top of the Reports page.

A loan appears when its next due date falls inside the range. Each loan appears once, with its next installment: if a daily loan has five installments in the range, the report shows the next one, not all five. You need an internet connection to generate the report.

What the report shows

Summary

  • # of Expected Payments — how many loans have their next installment in the range.
  • Total Expected Amount — the sum of those installments.

Detail

One row per loan, sorted by due date, with the customer's name and:

  • Due Date — when the next installment is due.
  • Expected — the installment amount.
  • Days — days left until the due date. A negative number means the installment is already overdue (shown in red); 0 to 3 days are shown in orange.
  • Balance — what the customer still owes on that loan.

If you have loans in more than one currency, currency chips at the top let you see one currency at a time. Amounts are never converted between currencies.

On the web, each row also shows a status: overdue days, due today or days remaining.

Sharing and printing

  • Mobile: Share creates a PDF (WhatsApp, email, Files, Drive…); Print opens the print preview, also with a paired Bluetooth printer. A printed list is handy for a collector on the road.
  • Web: Export CSV, Export TXT, Share and Print.

Acting on it

The report itself is a document — the rows can't be tapped. To collect or remind:

Tips

  • Run it every Monday morning from today to Sunday to plan the week.
  • Run it with From and To set to today each morning to know who to visit first.
