Plans and free trial
LoanAdmin has a 60-day free trial and three paid plans: Essential, Professional and Business. There is no free-forever plan and no plan shows ads.
The 60-day trial
- When you create your account you get 60 days with everything in Business: unlimited customers and loans, Capital, reports, web access, WhatsApp reminders and more.
- Exception: Team. Inviting members requires paid Business. During the trial, opening Team shows a video and the option to subscribe.
- If you choose a plan before the trial ends, you're charged that day and the free trial ends.
When the trial ends
To keep using LoanAdmin you need a plan. When you open the app you'll see a screen with these options:
- See plans and subscribe.
- Request my data: we email you a copy of your data.
- Delete my account.

Prices

How to subscribe
- On your phone: Settings › Subscription (or tap the plan next to your name in the ☰ menu). Choose the plan and period, and pay with your App Store or Google Play account. If you changed phones, use Restore Purchases.
- On the web: Settings › Subscription.
How to cancel
Cancel in the same place where you subscribed. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- iPhone: iPhone Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › LoanAdmin › Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › LoanAdmin › Cancel subscription.
- Web: Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription.
The stores keep your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Loyalty users (old one-time purchase)
If you bought LoanAdmin with a one-time payment in the past, you keep what you already had, with no ads and without paying. New features (for example Capital, Team or WhatsApp reminders) are not added to those accounts. If you want them, you can subscribe to any plan: while you have an active subscription, you get everything in that plan.
