Devices and device limits

You can use your LoanAdmin account on more than one phone or tablet at the same time. How many depends on your plan.

How many devices each plan allows

  • Business and the 60-day trial: 10 devices
  • Professional: 5 devices
  • Essential: 2 devices
  • Legacy Loyalty plan: 1 device

The limit counts the phones and tablets where you've signed in to the app. The web app (loanadmin.app) doesn't count as a device.

When you reach the limit

If you sign in on a new phone or tablet and your plan's devices are already in use, LoanAdmin shows Device Limit Reached instead of opening the app. From there you can:

  1. Look at your active devices — each one shows its model, its system (iOS or Android) and when it was last active.
  2. Tick the device (or devices) you no longer use.
  3. Tap Deactivate selected — the sign-in continues on the new device.

You can also tap Upgrade your plan for more devices, or Cancel Login to leave everything as it is.

What happens on a deactivated device

The next time the app on that device checks its session, it shows Session Closed ("Your session was closed from another device") and goes back to the sign-in screen. Your data isn't affected — it lives in your account, not on the device.

Good to know

  • Signing out doesn't free the slot. A phone you signed out of still counts until you deactivate it from the Device Limit Reached screen.
  • Reinstalling can count as a new device. On iPhone and iPad, deleting and reinstalling the app can make the same device appear twice. Deactivate the old entry — it's the one with the older "last active" date.
  • Lost or stolen phone? As a precaution, change your password: Settings → User profile → Security and account access → Reset password. If you're at your limit, the next sign-in on another device lets you deactivate the lost one. If you aren't, open a ticket from Help & Support and tell us which device it is.
  • Team members sign in with their own account, so they use their own device slots, not the owner's.
